Help please! I have a worksheet that contains SS#, name, & dates in separate cells in a row. I would like to create a worksheet that requires a User to input their SS# to view the data in the row.

Basically creating a query based on a User inputting their SS#.

All other information will be hidden and locked for security purposes.

Thanks in advance!!

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Hi, BenMngr
Welcome to the Board !!!!!

a worksheet that contains SS#, name, & dates in separate cells in a row
some questions
what do you mean by dates ?
you would need a list of rows to show: so at least 3 columns with SS#, Name + rows to show: if name + password are correct then hide all rows except the "rows to show": is that what you want ?

kind regards,
Erik

My data consists of 600 rows and 5 columns. The columns identify SS#, Name, Birth Date, Hire Date, Text Field. Each row is for an individual.

I basically want to setup a form that asks the user to input his/her SS# then show the five fields for that SS#.
