Displaying a number as test value?

I am sure this has been covered, but searching has not quite given me what I am looking for.

I have a spreadsheet where a column displays the value of cells being multiplied from other columns. I need the column that shows the result to display a text value instead of the multiplied number. The text would be based on the following range:

Low if the number is between 1 and 5
Med if the number is between 6 and 11
High if the number is between 12 and 15
Very High if the number is between 16 and 25

I do not want to display all numbers as text, only the calculation column (which would be L in my sheet).

Can anyone help? Using Excel 2003.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
try this

=IF(AND(A1>=1,A1<=5),"Low",IF(AND(A1>=6,A1<=11),"Med",IF(AND(A1>=12,A1<=15),"High","Very High")))

I would probably build a lookup table as I have done below in columns O:P then use a formula like in column L. If you really don't want to have a lookup table, you could use the formula shown in column M.

Both formulas copied down.
