displaying positive numbers as negative numbers or merge my 2 formulas that work

Hi

im using excel 2016

i have 2 formulas that work, can somebody merge them into only 1 formula the first formula resides in T10

1) =SUMIF(L4:L39, "IRISH", J4:J39)

2) =T10*-1

result was 669 then -669


tried example

=SUMIF(L4:L39, "IRISH", J4:J39,*-1)
