Displaying results from data validation list

Hi i have a large list of numbers and dates column 1 is the numbers column 2 is the date

i have set up d4 to use data validation from the list in column 1 what i need is d7 to then display the correct date adjacent from column 2

can anyone help with this please

Works great only thing if the date is missing i get a 1900 year can this be made a blank if no date exits.
