Displaying the Formula Bar when the workbook is close

I have the code to hide the formula bar, and it runs automatically when the workbook is open.

Sub HIDE_FORMULABAR()
Application.DisplayFormulaBar = False
End Sub

How to write the VBA code, so the formula bar will display / appear again, every time the workbook is close, whether save or not.

Application.DisplayFormulaBar = True
