Hi, I'm trying to perform a distinct count of an attribute of my data. I'm using a pivot table as a view on a PostgreSQL server with data in star schema.

In 100% excel (where the data is in the same file) I can simply apply a pivot table and select the option to "add this data to the Data Model" which then unlocks my ability to summarize a value field using Distinct Count. When I configure my ODBC settings and choose pivot table, I see the same option to "add this data to the Data Model" but it isn't allowing me to select it.

How do I do this?

Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
