Distinguishing between Excel 2003 and 2007 in WinXP

I have installed Office 2007 in addition to Office 2003. Mostly, I'd like to open XLS files in 2003 and XLSX files in 2007 so I edited the dft pgms under the registered file types for XLS to use OFFICE11/EXCEL.EXE (instead of OFFiCE12/EXCEL.EXE). This is now working. In addition, I have the option to nominate which version to use by using the context menu > Open With... which now shows both versions to select from.

My issue is that both versions have the same name as "Microsoft Office Excel", although the icons are different. Is there a way for me to change these names so I (and others) can easily differentiate between the two versions.

Because I'm supporting other users, I'll have to install Office 2010 as a third version soon. So it's important that I'm able to rename the default program names of Excel.

Many thanks in advance for any help.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
