#DIV/0! Error

I am encountering an issue with the #DIV/0! error. My formula is working fine, the problem is that I need to divide by zero, and I am not sure how to write a formula to do that. As you can see below, to get a result, I need to divide by zero. I need to work out turnover percentage, so need to divide 1 by 0 to get 100% turnover. If I have not explained very well, let me know and I will try again.

Change this to

=(IF(A1=0,100,IF(A2=0,0,(A2-A1)/A1)))

Thanks Special-K99. The only issue would be if I hired 5 people, the growth would be 500%. Because the number would fluctuate, could I change it too =(IF(A1=0,(A2), IF(A2=0,0,(A2-A1)/A1))) Would this work logically?

Shouldn't that be

=(IF(A1=0,A2*100%, IF(A2=0,0,(A2-A1)/A1)))
