Hello,
One more question I am linking books together and I cant figure out what I am doing wrong with this equation but it is giving me a div/0 error if there is no value

SUM('M:\Masters\[Heathrow Productivity-02-04.xls]Heathrow Productivity'!$F$46)/SUM('M:\Masters\[Heathrow Productivity-02-04.xls]Heathrow Productivity'!$B$46/60)

any help would be appreciated

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
=IF('M:\Masters\[Heathrow Productivity-02-04.xls]Heathrow Productivity'!$B$46,'M:\Masters\[Heathrow Productivity-02-04.xls]Heathrow Productivity'!$F$46/('M:\Masters\[Heathrow Productivity-02-04.xls]Heathrow Productivity'!$B$46/60),"")

Why Sum? Try,

=IF('M:\Masters\[Heathrow Productivity-02-04.xls]Heathrow Productivity'!$B$46,M:\Masters\[Heathrow Productivity-02-04.xls]Heathrow Productivity'!$F$46)/'M:\Masters\[Heathrow Productivity-02-04.xls]Heathrow Productivity'!$B$46/60,"")
