I am a excel noob when it comes to linking 6 workbooks into one summary page and I am wondering if anyone can help me out.

I am calculating 3 sums onto a summary page from 6 workbooks and when I don't have one filled in (a value on 1 to 5 sheets) I get the DIV/O or NUM! error in each cell.

Here is one of the 3 formulas that I would like to get rid of the div/o num! error in.

='ROI Calculations (1)'!F54+'ROI Calculations (2)'!F54+'ROI Calculations (3)'!F54+'ROI Calculations (4)'!F54+'ROI Calculations (5)'!F54+'ROI Calculations (6)'!F54

This calculates to a summary page and when i have a value zeroed out on say page 3 through 6 I get this error.

Thanks ahead of time for any help!!

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off

Have you zeroed out by placing a zero in the cell or have you highlighted the cell and hit the space bar. If the second, then you will need to replace the space (a text value) with a zero.

Yes I have, the summary page and the work page itself both have the error if they don't have values added in.

My best guess is to somehow have an IF function for each sheets calculation?

i.e. if sheet 5's value is zeroed out that value is changed to zero

I'm not too good at this but that's what I think would be my fix?
