Dividing groups...

I have a class that conducts 3 different exercises. The class consists of approx. 40 students, sometimes a couple more, or less.
I want to divide the class into groups of 7, three times over for the three different exercises, and to use completely different groupings to provide maximum possible “mixing” of participants.
This needs to be repeatable for future seminars. Any suggestions?
TIA!
