dividing rows in excel

i want to divide work between my team for example there are 5 member and there to 20 task, so each person can do 4 task, so i want to in assigned to coloum it mention in first 4 row name one person from 4to 8 other and goes on....


any idea hw can i do it...

hi,

i needed a change in this formula... task should be divide like.. a,b,c,d,e,a,b,c,d,e,a... like this ... nt by aaaabbbbcccccdddd.....

it is working... but there is one thing... in previos formula, i can change the no. of person.. but if i change reduce the no of person from 5 in this formula.. is give 0 ... so if it is possible can u make like that...
