I need help with this spreadsheet.

I can't get total average of TMAX vs target min or a sum of Min Lost
i am using quotient c and b to get target min
i am using imdiv e and 60 to get TMAX vs target min column
and imsub 60 and e column to get min lost
For the average i need it to only average the columns with numbers in it and ignore the rest.
For the sum of min lost i am using sumif(g3:g26, ">0") which is the same way i did the sum of target min
Please help.
