I am attempting to send an email gererated from Excel using VBA Code. I have a Citrix connection to Excel to an offsite server. The email is genereated but is not sent until Outlook is launched, it just sits in the Outbox. How can I send the email without lauching Outlook, I'm unable to launch Outlook as I have no access via this Citrix connection. I would very much appreciate any advise that you can give me.
Thanks
Jake

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Hi,

What operating system are you using ...? XP pro contains its own components CDOSYS (If i remember correctly) or CDONTS which are both a very capable and flexible way to send email without outlook at all..?

I'm happy to post some code if you have a compatible operating system.

Regards

Kevin
