Hi all,
I have calculated the difference between two date/time columns to find out how many hours and minutes (hh:mm) have elapsed between the two columns. It works well when I format it as custom hh:mm. No problems there, BUT when I try to sum the total hours and minutes for the whole column it treats the numbers as TIMES not as hours and minutes. So when I add
15:11
02:25
01:01
04:00
08:20

I get a result of 06:57 instead of the correct 30:57 which is exactly 24 off. I don't want to treat these numbers as times but rather as hours and minutes. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks so much! Slink
