Donut Chart Labels

I am wanting to use a donut chart but one of the slices is too small to accommodate the label and doesn't look great.

Is there a way of utilising a 'best fit' option as this isn't available when formatting the chart.

If not, is it possible to show the data table within the chart area?

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
