Does anyone know if it's possible to have a "double" validation on a cell? For example, I have 2 different sheets with different expense codes. I need to be able to select from a cell any of these codes. Is it possible? If so, how do I do it?

Thank you very much!!!

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
It would be easiest to make a dummy range someplace hidden that is dependednt upon all of your sources of data... then name range, and use that as your validation source.

list source for validation must be reference to a single row or column.
if you want any one of the codes from the two sheets prepare a column( or row) of the codes from both the sheets. This is as far as I know.
or
are you thinkingof dependent validation in that case see url
