Downloading images to different folders using VBA

Hello,
I need a macro that allows me to download images from an Excel workbook to different folders, in which folders haven't been created. In the template I have this distribution, that hopefully can help me separate the images according to the different projects
Column 1 is for the folder name of different projects.
Column 2 is for the project.
Column 3 is for the photo names.
Column 4 is for the image URL.
