drop down list challenge

I don't now if this is an option, but thought if anyone would be able to find it here

I want to drive the options available within a drop down list based on the selection made in a previous cell.

For example
1234 selected in cell B2 from a dropdown list
- Drop down list options in Cell C3 (Open, Closed, Pending, Complete) based on B2 selection

4567 selected in B2
- Drop down list options in cell C3 (First, Second, Third, Last) based on B2 selection

And so on and so on
