I have an array...B15:C30
Column B has names
Column C has initials

I would like a formula that would use a drop down list with each initial from column C and return the name(s) in column B when it matches the initial.

Example:

Drop Down List: MM

B C

John MM
Max IH
Sam MM
Trever RD

Answer Returned:
John
Sam

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Something like this?

Book1
ABC
4
5MMJohn
6Sam
7
8
9
10
11
12
13
14
15JohnMM
16MaxIH
17SamMM
18TreverRD

Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
C5C5=FILTER($B$15:$B$18,$C$15:$C$18=$B$5)

That worked great. I need to work with Filter more. Really cool. Thank you for your time.
