Drop down Lists by levels

Hi, does any one knows if it is possible to get drop downs list by levels, meaning

first drop down will have alist of states, if chose NY the it would open a new drop list with cities in NY, and if choose for example Bufalo it will open a new drop down wit Boros.
and when they select one from this last drop down it will have all the levels:

level 1 --> NY
Level 2--> NY City
Level 3--> Queens

so on the data on this field should look like
01-NY, 02-NY, City 03-Quees

Any help is welcome.
