Drop Down Lists

Hello,

How do I change the size of text in a drop down box? The text on the worksheet cell from which the drop down box emerges is font size 18 but text in the drop down list is size 10 even though the list on the worksheet containing the source data is font size 18.
Also, how do I link the result of a user selection to the next drop down box. Eg if user selects A from a choice of A,B,C in drop down box in cell B1 how can the cells be linked so that in cell B2 the user is given a choice of 1,2,3 given his selection of A, 4,5,6 if he had selected B and so on
