I need to have a drop down list that will give me information in three colums.
A B C
1 Part NO Part Disc Part Price
2

When I did a drop down list I could only get one col to work. I need to be able to list all colums so when B1 and C 1 show what the part number is and how much it costs.
thanks
ronnie

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Do a search on this forum for dependent dropdowns.

That will give you all the info you need.
