I have a couple of drop-down menus that work perfectly on two of my computers. However, when I send it to a friend, the drop-down menus dont show up on his computer. Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Your friend might check to see if the "source" has changed.

Data --> Data Validation and check the source reference as shown below.

In my example, there is no source because I just did a mock-up of the dropdown.
The file you and your friend have should have a source to reference the LIST that is being used.

If this originally worked for you, check the source on your dropdown and then check the same on your friend's.

The source is there for me and works perfectly. However, when i sent it to my friend the source was not there. I have the source set up under "Name Manager"

The source on your friend's computer needs to point to the cells that have the items used in the dropdown.
