I have a master list of data which has sub sections.

I want to be able to base a list on a subsection based upon a dropdown in another cell.

Club 1Comp 1
Club 2Comp 1
Club 1Comp 2
Club 3Comp 2

I want to be able to have a drop down which lists all the Comps and when I select "Comp 1" in cell A1, i want cell B1 to only show a list that contains those clubs with Comp 1 against them and then I can select a club from that list.

Is this possible please, and if so, how?

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)
