Dropdown Data Validation

Hi there

Right now I have a dropdown data validation which is referenced to a list in the range D65:D103.

Is there any way of the dropdown intelligently knowing if a value in the list has been selected somewhere within the dropdown data validation cells and therefore omitting this from the dropdown so it can't be selected again...

I hope I've explained myself well enough.

Thanks for the reply... that file looks great, it'll need tweaking but does what I need.
