I am trying to set up a spreadsheet that will allows the user to select from a list of categories (Inventory Item Categories). When the category is selected, I would like it to determine the dropdown list for the next cell. This is for completing inventory counts. So if the user selects "Copier" from a list of categories (Laptop, Desktop, Cabinet, Fax machine, Camera, etc.) it would return a list of Copier Manufacturers and Models or Descriptions. I have already defined the lists, but I am not sure how to proceed with the next step.

Is this possible in Excel without using VB? I am not a programmer, so would like to keep it simple if possible. I am good with vlookup, etc.

Thanks for your help!

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
