Hi
I have a worksheet that have a dropdown menu with more than 60 names / project when I select a name / project all my sheet update per the project. My question is how to run a macro to print all records in the drop menu List one time instead of doing it sheet by sheet!!!! and I want to print them all in one file example pdf.

I know that I need a loop but I am new to VBA so can any one help me!!

More explanation about my work

In the same workbook I have to sheets

Sheet 1 - I list my project names the I define them as "ProjectList"
Sheet 2 - is getting the result from different workbooks and did verify my drop menu through Data Validation / List and I add the source "ProjectList"

Can you help me in writing a macro loop for printing all the records.

Thanks for you help

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
