I have just recently upgraded to 2007 and have a question about the conditional formats.
I am trying to make a cell create a stop light for a cell that contains a variance.
I would like the scale to look like this:
red=< -9 %
yellow= -8.9999% through -7.0%
green = -6.9999 through +6.9999%
yellow = 7.0% through 8.9999%
red=> 9%
Is it possible to do this with conditional formats?
