Hi there,

I´m trying to figure out a way to have a formula that update the status of one row line (from "overdue" to "completed") based in a new entry, sending an example below.

ActivityLast DateNext DateStatus
A01/01/202231/01/2022Overdue
B10/02/202212/03/2022
C05/05/202204/06/2022
D02/06/202202/07/2022
A31/01/202202/03/2022

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Paste this to D2 and drag down:
Excel Formula:
=IF(COUNTIF(A2:A$6,A2)=1,"Overdue","Completed")
