How do you (or can you) use Excel to automatically find duplicate values within a column of numbers.

Pease say yes 'coz I'm tearing my hair out.

Get help while writing formula
Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
I usually just create a pivot showing all the numbers and a count of each number then sort descending by the count.

However this was my bodge method of doing this quickly for work - there is probably a much more elegent way.
