Duplicate invoices with specific type

Hi all

I have the following data:

I am supposed to count the number of Haircut only by Staff but with the following requirements:
Other services + Hair Cut is not = to haircut only
Haircut + products is = haircut only

I have a huge data and i would like to ensure that duplicate invoices should only contain of haircut only and/or products without any other services.

What would be the fastest way or are there any formulas to be able to do that?
