Duplicate Named Ranges

Hello!
I'm looking to duplicate some named ranges - and then rename their suffix - would be nice to rename a part of it's reference cell, but not a big problem if not. Every post I can find just wants to delete named ranges and I'm a bit stuck. Maybe thinking in VBA but not sure where to start.

I have 2 sheets in one workbook
Apple
Orange

I want to create a named range
Day1_Apple referring to 'Apple'!A1:A100
Day1_Orange referring to 'Orange'!A1:A100

I have already created Apple for 50 days, can I not just duplicate Apple and rename the suffix to Orange ? I assume I can probably just switch the reference sheet as well, but happy to just sit and rename. It would be quicker than recreating all 50 from scratch.

Thanks for any help.
