Duplicate photos when moving with the mouse

Why, when moving a picture with the mouse, it is sometimes duplicated, sometimes not???
This problem has been bothering me for a long time. I would be grateful if you could tell me the cause.

This means your Ctrl key is malfunctioning. It could be a hardware problem or a software issue.

The fastest way to check if it is a hardware issue is to change your keyboard i.e if you have a spare and see if the problem repeats.

You may also want to see Control key acts as if it is stuck periodically.

No, it's not. I'm completely confused. I removed the keyboard and the problem remained. I remembered that I installed KeyTweak KeyTweak,
then I removed KeyTweak, replaced the mouse, but the problem remained unresolved.

I just found out where the problem comes from. From QTranslate, QTranslate - Home
I noticed that when I press Ctrl three times, it brings up a QTranslate window. Thank you for your replies, I didn't know Ctrl was related to copying.
