Hi

I'm running Excel 365 (Version 2012 Build 13530.20316) on Windows 10.

On my Recent Files attached to the Excel shortcut on my taskbar, and also my Recent Files when opening Excel itself, I am getting duplicates.

The same file, with the same link to its location on my laptop internal drive, only one of the two entries is all lower case.

For example: the same file, only one links to d:\travellingred\documents and the other links to D:\Travellingred\Documents.

Any ideas what might be causing this and how to fix, please?

Thanks!

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
Do you use OneDrive?
If so try this. I know it might not be exactly what you are experiencing but it's worth a look.

Thanks. I'd read about that issue when researching but I don't use OneDrive so it's not that. Appreciate your help, though.
