Is there a quick and fast way to determine if a record is duplicated within a list? I have a giant list of about 10000 records and I am afraid that some of them are dupes...

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
in B1 =Countif(A$1:A$10000,A1) and copy down, afterwards you can sort smallest to largest and you'll have any dups listed after all the once only entries

If you're not able to sort, then again in B1 IF(COUNTIF(A$1:A$10000)>1,A1,"") and you'll get a list of only the dups
