Duplicate Rows between Date Ranges

Hi there,

I am trying to create tabular data for events. I have the Start Date in column J the end date in Column K. The days of the event occurrence are in Column D. I need excel to duplicate the data between the dates indicated. I.e. I need a line of data for every event occurrence. I also have 1100-ish rows/month that I need to do this to and should end up with 7000 rows/month so manually doing this is not an option. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I should say the days of the week of the even occurrence are in column D.
