Duplicates 3 cell in a rowl

Hi
I know about conditional formatting in a single column or single row which will get highlighted if repeated, just wanted to know if I could do that for 3 cells in row. For example if i want to make a list of employees and the condition should be like if (Name and father name and grand father name) simultaneously is the same then highlight the duplicates of that employee. in the picture below the name, father name, grand father name of first and last employee is the same so it is highlighted , it should not be highlighted only if just name or just father name or grand father name is the same.

Sorry , the image cannot be attached every time i attach it shows only text. What i meant in the question is that in an excel sheet if A1,B1,C1 is same as A6,B6,C6 then it should be highlighted . not just in A column or in B column if it is same in three columns at the same time then it should be highlighted.
