Duplicating Cells

Ok...I will try to explain the issue, so forgive me if this doesn't make sense. I am tring to copy a cell to another worksheet, but when I make changes to the cell it needs to make the same changes to the other worksheet. I hope that someone understand what I am tring to do. Thanks.

try:

1) select cell(s) and copy
2) select cell(s) and Pastespecial -> Paste Link
