dyanamic age based on DOB on yr and current date

I have created excel based soft were
I need to enter patient age
It should be dynamic means if age entered today is 33 & pt come after 2 yr it shoud automatically show 35. Also I need to calculate DOB indirectly from age. Suppose pt registerd today 20/2/2020 with age 10 yr then DOB by default 20/2/2010. If some one gives exact DOB that should be possible to entre.
In user form I have textbox for age and DOB and want to link them dynamically.
