Hello,

I am trying to make a drop down list from a 10,000 row column in another sheet but in alphabetical order. Then when that name gets selected. It finds it in the list and strikethroughs the row with that business name.

Thanks,

Nick

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Unsure about your setup, but inserting an extra column were you put i.e. x's when checked would allow for a conditional formatted strike through. If needed this column can be "auto-filled" using a vlookup or index/match if names are used several times and you can keep a list of checked names.
