Hi everyone,

I'm hoping this will make sense to you. What I'm looking to do is as follows:
  • Using a dynamic number of rows (occasionally adding / deleting of rows)
  • Column A, called "LOCATION", contains cells with a city location (various cities)
  • Columns D & E have varying numbers of work hours for each employee
  • In the individual hours totals rows examples at the bottom of the list (Alpha Hours, Beta Hours, etc.) I'm trying to separately total up the hours in column's D & E for all matching column A locations
  • See attached pic, please
Thank you!

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
You are welcome.
Post back if you run into any issues implementing it.

You are welcome.

Note, when you mark a post as the solution, you want to mark the post that actually has the solution in it (not the one that acknowledges there is a solution).
That way, if someone comes across this thread in a search later, they will see the solution just under the question.
I have updated that for you.
