Dynamic Data Validation Lists

I'm trying to create some dynamic lists in Excel with regards to using data validation lists. For example, I have three teams: A, B, and C. Within each team is a series of sub-groups (A1,A2,A3,B1,B2,C1,C2,C3,C4).

When the user choose team "B" (by the in-cell drop down from data validation), the next column, which is for chosing the sub-group, only display B1 and B2 as available choices. I know this can easily be done in an Access form, but I'm trying to keep this Excel based due to the user-base.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
