First post on this forum so Hello to everyone.........

I am trying to create a dynamic drop down list differently than I have done before. I have done the dynamic list with named ranges and index matching within a table. I am trying to return the value in column A if there is a value in the table match. We produce bottles and we dont produce all bottles on all lines. We also produce them at different speeds on each line in some cases. I have a production spreadsheet where the line # is static and I want to create a drop down list of the bottles that are actually produced on the line. This would help minimize selection error by the user. The matrix or table I am referencing is used also for a index match to find the correct speed and I was trying to prevent creating mutiple tables for each line containing the bottles each one produces.

For line 1 I would like to populate a dropdown list of Bottle 1 through Bottle 11, and Bottle 27 by looking to see if there is a value in column Line 1.

Thanks,
Gary

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
I forgot to mention that this is a macro enabled workbook so VBA is an option although I would prefer another method since I want to use this in another non-macro workbook.
