Dynamic drop-downs

Hi all

I have a list of alpha-numeric codes in column A and I need to populate a drop-down selection-type box with it.
The only problem is that some of the codes are duplicated and I only want each code to appear once in the list.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

RichardMGreen, are you using drop down box on sheet or on a user form ?

It'll be on the sheet.
I don't mind if it's validation in a cell or a forms Combobox either.
