Hi all,

I am trying to add a chart to my excel spreadsheet to show a weekly split of values within my department.

I have a table named WeekTotals2021 which has Columns as below:
1 - Week Number
2 - Total Incoming Email
3 - Done Sales
4 - Done Buying
5 - Other

What I am aiming to do is have a pie chart which dynamically updates to show the current weeks data of columns 3,4 & 5 but I am struggling to find a solution to determine a specific row within a table to express in a chart based on cell value.

Has anybody achieved something similar previously and can give me some pointers?

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Hi Gwill,

You could extract your target data to a smaller table that updates only current week info, and use this to feed the chart?

Can you post any sample data?
