Dynamic excel hyperlink

If I have multiple sheets named
USA
Canada
France
Germany

And I have a sheet which I add employees in
I don't know what is the country of the employee which I will add
What I need is make a hyperlink on the city column and if I write USA and click on it it goes to USA sheet if I wrote France it goes to France sheet

I mean I wanna the hyperlink direction is to other sheet based on the cell value thank you for advance

Welcome to the board, this formula approach leaves the cell to be linked blank if the sheet name doesn't exist, else it adds a hyperlink to A1 of that sheet:
