Dynamic formula starting with an address located in a cell value

Hi and Thanks in advance!

I have a cell giving me the address of one other cell
I am using a quite log formula to get this
I am using this because I am trying to use other formulas based in a Pivot table bat my Pivot table chnges the number of columns when i use my slicers.

anyway this does not matter

If i have in Cell B3 say a address like G8

How can I use a Dinamic formula such as:

Offset(G8,0,0,10,1)​

Offset(value(G8),0,0,10,1) does not work

for this eg I say G8 but could be F8, C8 and or...

this is why I need the dinamic range using the Address I get from the cell B3

OFFSET(INDIRECT(B3),0,0,10,1)

2. If the formula which produces G8 is an INDEX formula...

OFFSET(INDEX(...),0,0,10,1)

The Formula thet Gives me G8 is:
=CELL("address";INDEX(5:5;1;MATCH("Partner";5:5;0)))

OFFSET(INDEX(5:5;1;MATCH("Partner";5:5;0));0;0;10;1)
