I have following kind of list:

Column A
1
4
5
3

13 sum(a1:a4)

5
6
11 sum(a6:a7)

i want also count of the same cells whose sum i have calculated in next cell and if i change sum range then count range will get automatically change because i have huge data means if i change sum(a2,a3) then it will count(a2,a3) and if i change sum(a1,a3,a5) then count(a1,a3,a5).

thanx

If you put your range in a cell eg type into B1:

A1:A7

Then you can use:

=SUM(INDIRECT(B1))

or

=COUNT(INDIRECT(B1))
