Dynamic link to online .CSV file?

How can I created an Excel data source based on an online .CSV file?

I am wanting to import data from this file: http://www.dailyfx.com/files/Calendar-07-10-2011.csv The contents of the file change throughout the week and the filename changes each week.

I was able to do this by using the "From Text" button on the Data tab in the ribbon (Excel 2007). It seems to be working as intended. As far as I can see I will need to manually change the filename weekly, but I can live with that.
